About the Costa del Sol

A tourist region of world renown, the Costa del Sol is simply an amazing place in the world to live. Surrounded by beautiful landscape this corner of the world offers hidden yet amazing tracks for any nature loving visitors.

Mijas-Costa

A very well established area only a short drive away from the towns of Fuengirola, Marbella and Malaga Airport. Plenty of nice beaches and golf courses to choose from with the added advantage that services as well as property are slightly more budget friendly than neighbouring Marbella.

Marbella East

This area is famous for its sandy beaches which are some of the nicest on the Costa del Sol. A myriad of golf courses, prestigious neighborhoods and lots of things to do make this a very sought after part of Marbella.

Marbella

Marbella could be considered the epicentre of the Costa del Sol. The cozyness of the Old Town, the promenade by the beach and hundreds of shops, restaurants and bars make this spot truly unique. Additionally some of the most exclusive real estate on the Costa del Sol can be found in the areas around Marbella town.

Puerto Banus & Nueva Andalucia

The bustling yacht harbour of Puerto Banus has a lot on offer if you are in the mood to do some serious shopping for those top end brands or party into the early hours. Nueva Andalucia is the residential area just inland of Puerto Banus boasting three of the most exclusive golf courses in the area as well as some of the most prestigious villa neighborhoods and apartment urbanizations.

San Pedro & Guadalmina

A very short distance from exclusive Puerto Banus lies the town of San Pedro. This area is becoming more and more in demand as it combines nice beaches and promenade with all the activities offered by a traditional Andalusian town. Guadalmina is a very well respected and established area just West of San Pedro.

Benahavis

A picturesque village in a mountainous area just slightly inland of San Pedro, famous for its great eateries and golf courses. Benahavis is the richest municipality per capita in Andalusia due to the high amount of very exclusive urbanizations and villa neighbourhoods within its borders.

New Golden Mile

This area is situated between Guadalmina and Estepona town, and it is part of the municipality of Estepona. Generally speaking, the properties in this area were constructed later than some of the other areas in the Costa del Sol. A very diverse region offering some great sandy beaches, golf courses and plenty of restaurants and bars to explore.

Estepona

Even though the town of Estepona has grown and undergone a lot of changes over recent years, it still holds true to its traditional Andalusian origins. A nice marina, promenade and the old town centre give this area its unique identity.

West Estepona

Generally speaking this area West of Estepona with the Marina of La Duquesa till Sotogrande also features properties with later construction years at very competitive prices. Additionally, the wide array of services available in the area will also be more economic than in some other areas of the Costa del Sol.
